General Terms and Conditions

1. This booking request does not constitute a booking unless confirmed by City to Surf Tours.
2. All prices quoted in this booking request are in Australian $ and include the goods and services tax.
3. City to Surf Tours will aim to confirm or otherwise respond to your booking request within 48 hours by e-mail. However, in some instances (for example during long weekends or public holidays) the response time may vary.
4. The booking will be confirmed by e-mail, and at the time of e-mailing the confirmation to you, the full amount of your booking will be debited to your credit card. Please make sure that you have enough funds on your credit card available.
5. City to Surf Tours believes that the content of this website is correct at the time of publishing but all prices and services described herein are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
6. City to Surf Tours will be under no obligation to any person as a result of any inaccuracy or misdescription to provide any services set out herein.

Cancellations and amendments policy

If you need to cancel your booking/booking request please notify us immediately by e-mail, phone or fax. In the final step of these booking procedures, you will be prompted to print out all your booking details. On this print-out, you can find our e-mail and fax contact details. If you cancel after we have confirmed your booking(s) or fail to arrive on the nominated day, we will charge you a cancellation fee. The amount of this cancellation fee is related to how long in advance, that is prior to commencement of travel, you cancel your booking. Commencement of travel is the date you nominated to arrive. The cancellation fees are as follows:

1. Cancellation
o More than 14 days prior to commencement: 20% of total value of booking.
o More than 48 hours and less than 14 days prior to commencement: 50% of total value of booking.
o Less than 48 hours before commencement of travel, or no-show: No refund.
We strongly advise you purchase adequate travel insurance to safeguard against any losses.

2. Amendments of bookings
Bookings can only be amended more than 14 days prior to commencement. If you wish to change your booking, either the type of tour, departure date or passenger names within 14 days prior to the departure date, you will need to cancel your existing booking and make a new booking.
o Each amendment (not cancellation) to the original booking after confirmation will incur an amendment fee of A$25 per person and per amendment.

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures

Privacy: City to Surf does not sell, rent or disseminate your personal information to other parties. From 21 December 2001, we will be bound by new sections of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988, which set out a number of principles concerning the protection of your personal information.
